These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kashmir Port website, enquiry forms, phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and all travel-related services provided by Kashmir Port (“Services”).
By accessing this website or confirming a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1) About Kashmir Port
Kashmir Port is a tour and travel service provider based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. We design and coordinate travel packages through our own team and trusted third-party service partners including hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.
2) Enquiries & Quotations
- Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or price.
- All quotations are tentative and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices depend on travel dates, season, hotel category, number of travellers, and services selected.
3) Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Written confirmation (invoice/itinerary/voucher) will be issued once booking is confirmed.
- Verbal confirmations or screenshots are not considered valid confirmation.
4) Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices may change due to hotel availability, taxes, seasonal demand, or itinerary changes.
- Unless stated in writing, packages exclude airfare/train tickets, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities.
- Final inclusions are those mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
5) Payments
- An advance payment is required to block hotels and transport.
- Balance payment must be cleared before or during the trip as agreed.
- Payment modes (UPI / bank transfer / gateway) will be communicated by our team.
6) Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary based on hotels and transport providers.
- Non-refundable components are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deduction of service and handling charges.
7) Changes & Rescheduling
Changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary may attract additional charges depending on availability and season.
8) Weather & Force Majeure
Kashmir travel is subject to weather conditions, road closures, or government regulations. In such cases, itinerary changes may be required for safety. Additional costs, if any, shall be borne by the traveller.
9) Third-Party Services
Hotels, transport operators, and activity providers are independent entities. Kashmir Port acts as a coordinator and is not responsible for third-party service lapses.
10) Limitation of Liability
Kashmir Port shall not be liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by weather, accidents, strikes, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to the amount received by Kashmir Port for the booking.
11) Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, and materials are owned by Kashmir Port and may not be reused without written permission.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jammu & Kashmir courts.
